Eco Construction is a building contractor based at 3 Elms Court, Leicester, LE2 3JZ. We are the data controller for the personal details you send us through this website. You can reach us on 0116 403 0265 or at info@eco-construction.co.uk.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to create.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and there is nothing here that tracks you across other websites.

Your enquiry is sent to our own inbox so a member of the team can read it and reply. We use it to answer you and, if the work goes ahead, to get the project started. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch, and, once you engage us, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Three suppliers handle your details on our behalf, and only in order to run the site and deliver the message:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers the enquiry email to our inbox.
• Sentry, which tells us when something on the site breaks. It records technical information about the error, not the contents of your enquiry.

We will also share your details where the law requires it. Otherwise they stay with us and those suppliers.

Your enquiry stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to deal with your query and any work that follows, and for as long afterwards as our business and tax records require. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it. Email info@eco-construction.co.uk and we will deal with it.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

This site is a temporary holding page while our new website is built. If what we do with your details changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
